The house is ideally located with an array of activities close by: Lake Eppalock 5 minutes away for all water activities. Heathcote Park Raceway is 15 minutes away and is a great venue for drag racing enthusiasts. The popular Axedale Golf Club is also 15 minutes away and is a fantastic course for the avid golfer. Heathcote wine country is only 30 minutes away and Bendigo, a short 15 minute drive offers a multitude of activities including shopping, nightlife and rich art and history culture.

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Axedale has a tavern, 18 hole golf course, general store, kids park and is 20 minutes to Bendigo, 10 mins to Lake Eppalock and 20 mins to Heathcote wine country.

It boasts hilltop views of Mt Alexander and the Eppalock ranges where you will find an abundance of wildlife such as Kangaroos, Wallabies, Goannas and Lizards.
