The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

The house is located in a primary spot for guests who enjoy watersports like windsurfing and kite boarding, as well as for those who surf, swim, or just enjoy the seaside air and sun. The master bedroom have a queen size bed, a second room with double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and the second bedroom is shared with a shower.
