A beautiful home on scenic Mason's Island. The house is located a few minutes drive to historic downtown Mystic. Spend your days exploring town, before coming home to your oasis at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The 3 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty of space for you, your family and friends, and has a great backyard with patio, grill, outdoor sectional and dining table, perfect for summer days and nights. Our home is the ideal home base after days at the beach, on the water, or exploring Mystic.

Enjoy easy access to everything Mystic! This bright and airy 2nd floor apartment makes for a perfectly located home base as you are directly downtown. Walk to all shops, restaurants, pubs, kayak rentals, sailing excursions, parks and more. Wineries, casinos and beaches are a short drive away. Your rental includes parking. please note this property is in a commercial district with some shops and a pub. I have a strict NO PET policy, with the exception of animals who have ADA certified paperwork.

Just over half a mile to Downtown Mystic, we are close to the action but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. We are pet friendly, offer private parking, and a large fenced in yard. Whether you want to explore what this area has to offer or simply stay home, sit back, and listen to the birds, this place has it all! Fully furnished with towels, linens, WiFi, cookware, and access to Netflix and a PlayStation 4. The hosts are local and are happy to provide assistance or suggestions.

Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

1863 Mystic Victorian, Private Guest Suite & Bath

Experience the charm of historic Mystic from our 1863 Victorian home. A keypad entry leads to your private Queen bedroom & bath. Our goal was to create a boutique hotel-like setting separate from the main house. At the back of the house, the guest suite is accessed via a private entrance. Enter the bedroom and find your private bath off a short hallway. This space is yours. We provide a minifridge and keurig but there is no kitchen and you do not have access to the rest of the house.
