All rooms have private en suite and tea/coffee facilities, a fridge, bath robes and large screen TV. Guests have access to a shared lounge/dining room where a microwave and utensils are provided for heating takeaways or pre-prepared meals. Guests can also enjoy the use of our beach facing hot tub. Fair Winds Bed and Breakfast (En-suite bedroom)

This room has a king sized bed with private bathroom, TV Wi/Fi . The view from the window is overlooking the Morar River estuary. There is a hospitality tray in your room with tea and coffee. There is no self catering or access to our kitchen. Breakfast is served downstairs in the dining room, usually between 8am -9am. Earlier breakfast can be arranged. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Please note that we are on the Mainland. We are not on the Isle of Skye

Amenities are close at hand with local supermarkets just minutes away as are the bus stops, restaurant, bank, takeaway and the airport, all within walking distance.
