This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home conveniently located a 5 minute walk away from Scarborough beach. There is plenty of yard space to enjoy outdoor activities by day and sitting on the patio under the string lights by night as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The large main living/dining area offers space to gather and the modern kitchen is complete with all necessities. 3 bedrooms offer a king, queen, and 2 twin beds for a good night's sleep with 2 updated bathrooms.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Sweet Suite in Narragansett, RI

This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Newport is just a 20 minute drive. So come be our guest!
