An assortment of wonderful local dining options & coffee shops are available right in the immediate neighborhood. Approx. Uber rates are: airport $26, Bridgestone Arena - $15, Tootsie's & Broadway bars -$15. Note - Uber rates vary w demand, Ride Type & these are estimates only. (Drive time to downtown is between 10 - 15 min. based on traffic) Getting around is super easy with Uber and Lyft. A trip downtown will run between $7 to $10 and can be even cheaper if you select the "shared option" on Lyft. Also, Lime and Byrd Scooters are placed through-out the neighborhood for quick jaunts or just for fun. If you prefer to walk, The Nations has a good deal of sidewalks but they are not everywhere. You will likely want to take a really short Lyft or Uber to the brew pubs and coffee shops, though there is a corner store less than a block away that you can walk to to pick up sodas, beer, snacks etc. Bike rentals are also available nearby at Charlotte Avenue and 46th.
