This private guest suite is located on the first floor/basement of our historic home, which we’ve been restoring. It has a private entrance and all the amenities of an apartment. Recently renovated, the space feels fresh and modern. Please note that our family lives upstairs, including children and dogs, so you may hear normal household sounds. We do our best to be respectful, but this home is best suited for guests comfortable with a lived-in environment rather than complete silence.

Come stay in our charming, stylish, & relaxing studio! Guests will have access to a queen size bed & 50" smart TV. The apartment is located 15 mins driving distance to/from key areas: SD airport & the GasLamp district, and only 20 mins away from Sea World, and the beaches! The studio has a new AC for guest's pleasure! We do not accept smoking, pets, or parties! Check out is at 11 am. Non-approved late checkouts will incur a $50 penalty fee.

The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
