In dem 60 qm großen Appartement mit eigenem Eingang findest Du alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. 1 Doppelbett + 1 Schlafsofa- Platz für max. 4 Personen - Parkplatz vorm Haus In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß schon im Wald, auf dem 588 Meter hohen Michelsberg und kann in alle Richtungen wandern. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Die Wohnung liegt in Königswinter Bergbereich am Fuße des Ölbergs und ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sie ist ideal für eine kleine Familie, Wanderer oder Radfahrer. Es bestehen vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die nähere oder weitere Umgebung.

Auf Wunsch können Kinderbett und ein Kinderhochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Terrasse auf der Rückseite gehört zur Ferienwohnung. Es gibt eine überdachte Sitzecke sowie eine Tischtennisplatte. Ein Holzkohlegrill steht zur Verfügung. Kinder können auch gerne im Garten spielen.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
