Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Παρέχει ένα καταπράσινο χώρο 500 τ.μ., με έναν κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για πραγματική ξεκούραση. A fantastic vacation house of 72sqm for up to 5-6 people with 3 bedrooms+bathroom in the lower floor and a spacious open kitchen and living room+ WC upstairs. Brand new furniture and appliances are introduced ! Fresh pictures are uploaded constantly! The Wifi Internet is pretty amazing and works perfect! An amazing spot for relaxed ,secluded vacation with a stunning beach just 250meters - 2 min from the house. Ideal for families! There is also one parking spot available for the guests!

Nea Roda Apartments Α2

An apartment with a spacious balcony with a view. It sleeps comfortably up to 5 guests. Only 150 metres from the sandy beach and restaurants and thee minutes walk from the local bakery and supermarket. It benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open plan lounge/dinner, two bedrooms with comfortable antique style beds, and a large wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned, offers free WiFi, free parking and a garden with a barbecue.

Sea View Loft

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.
