The villa, located in Halkidiki, offers a unique view on the gulf of Posidi and Olympos Mountain. The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor. A master room with its bathroom and the office are situated at the second floor. The house is ideal for 2 couples with 2 kids each or 6 adults with 2 kids.

Lovely Sea House

Το σπίτι είναι ισόγειο και βρίσκεται 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ στο λιμάνι. Υπάρχουν σε απόσταση αναπνοής μαγαζιά ( ιχθυοπωλείο, κρεοπωλείο, κομμωτήριο, φούρνος κτλ), όμως είναι ήσυχα. Μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 7 άτομα και 2 βρέφη.Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο ( με το διπλό κρεβάτι) , ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και τη σαλοκουζίνα στην οποία μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 3 άτομα, δύο ενήλικες στον μεγάλο καναπέ και 1 άτομο στον άλλο, απέναντι από το τραπέζι της κουζίνας. Κήποι κοινοί.

Luxury Villa in Chanioti, heated salt water pool

A Luxury Villa with private pool in Chanioti-Chalkidiki. The swimming pool is heated, has salt water and is private only for our house. On the second floor you have astonishing view of the sea and the mountain Sithonia as well as wonderful nature with olive trees. The village Chanioti (Hanioti) and the wonderful sea and beaches is a 10 minutes walk away or about 900 meters within beatiful nature. Another 400 meters to the beach. Also possible to walk/cycle in the mountains and by the sea.

The apartment has the most breathtaking view in the village. The sea is about 80m away from the apartment and you have access to 4 different beaches. You can enjoy the crystal clear greek waters in 3 different beaches, one of whom is sandy and childfriendly. The 4th one is about 5 min walk from the apartment where you can enjoy your coffee in a beach- bar at day or enjoy your coctails at night. Also, there is a thermal spa center at 250m walking distance with reasonable prices.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Summer house just 20 steps from the seashore. It is located in a quiet area close to the village of Agios Nikolaos in Halkidiki, ideal for resting, relaxation, swimming and carefree holidays. For our family it's our hermitage.
