Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Stay at “The One More” were you’ll want to spend one more day on our beautiful sandy beach. 4 bed room 3 baths spectacular views of the water. Master features a king sized bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 &3 both have queen beds and share a jack and Jill bathroom. The Game room has a shuffleboard table, Connect four and many other games. 76’X14’ covered patio with mission lights and a propane BBQ. The launch is use at your own risk. The beach is shared with 3 other homes on the back lots.

Located on the 4th floor, it offers easy access to the lakefront via a short walk down the stairs, take a stroll on the boardwalk that leads to the London Bridge & Rotary Park. The condo is gated & provides garage parking, as well as limited spots for boat parking in the gated area. It's important to note that parking your boat on the beach past 11PM is prohibited by the city.
