Two car parking in private driveway, Washer/dryer, bedding, towels provided. Pets welcome and front yard is fully fenced. The cabin has not been updated. The Architect's Retreat by Oregon Coast Modern

Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails. Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

Bright, clean, cozy 1-bedroom cottage literally steps from one of the nicest beaches on the Oregon coast. Room for a inflatable airbed (included) for the kids if needed. Ideal for a couple or a couple with young kids. The beach features cool rock formations, a fresh water tidal creek that is shallow and ideal for kids to play in, a long gentle surf break. It's just a perfect family beach for kite flying, swimming, and camp fires at night! This is a no pet unit. Units 2, 4, and 6 allow pets.

Sea Forest Retreat - Little coastal house

Welcome to our clean, cozy Sea Forest Retreat, constructed in 2018. It is a studio space ideal and most comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings make this small but modern house feel big. Enjoy the tranquility with nice outdoor seating areas nestled among greenery in a residential neighborhood. Manzanita and the beach are 1.5 miles and Nehalem 2 miles away. Dogs (2 dogs maximum) are welcome for a $45 fee. We have a small desk for remote work.

The Edgewater Cottage #6

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

Romantic Bungalow by the Sea- Pet Friendly

1 minute walk from the beach. 3 minutes to downtown. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Pet friendly. Super peaceful at night and on a clear night you can star gaze. The tv that pivots. A new recliner couch as well. The shower is very small but there is a rain shower head. 350 square feet. Small and comfy. You will walk by the big house and their hot tub. If you're looking for a Manzanita vacation rental on the north Oregon coast, you’ve just discovered truly unique beachfront lodging. Our deluxe oceanfront cottages in Manzanita offer Pacific Ocean and mountain views all within easy walking distance of downtown. The City of Manzanita requires us to collect 9% transient lodging tax on the rent from each guest. There should be a separate Airbnb line item for this tax. MCA#633

Manzanita's main street with shops and restaurants is a short 20 minute walk or few minutes drive. A wood burning stove is provided to keep you warm and cozy! *This house is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a large loft. The loft space is where the additional two queen beds are located.
