The "Casa da Gio '" was born during the lock-down. The house is very central about 30 m from Duomo and has a free reserved parking space in the large internal courtyard. Is perfect to discover the historic center with its architecture, squares, wine bars and restaurants that make the capital of the Langhe unique. You will then have a supermarket 15 m away. Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
