The CBD is 6km away (15 min drive). Inspired by the tiny house movement, the cottage packs a big punch. Constructed with native timbers, it integrates beautifully with the landscape. The cottage is privately nestled amongst the gardens. Feel free to pick some tomatoes or a juicy plum! Gorgeous summer sunsets!.

Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre, with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 40 minutes, seven days a week. It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too. NB - you will need a Bee card or cash. Self check-in is offered and early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged.

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Ask if you have any questions- entry time, one night,extra bed. Currently no pets allowed, garden is unsuitable presently.
