The rooms are spacious and fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests. Villa consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom each and a large sofa that accommodates up to 2 guests. Still in the room there are bed linen, kitchenware, room with washing machine and tumble dryer, TVs, fireplace and internet for an even more comfortable stay. Villa also has a large outdoor area with wood oven, barbecue and sun loungers. The view from the balconies of the house is unique, as one can see the mountains, the Paleochora and the Libyan Sea. The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
