I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

posizione ottima, appartamento comodo, luminoso, con balcone vista mare, abbiamo apprezzato molto il parcheggio privato interno sicuramente estremamente necessario per quella zona specialmente in estate

Probably one of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed in. The photos don’t really do it justice. We highly highly highly recommend. The rooftop kitchen and balcony is like a dream. The location literally can’t get better. Just be aware that there is a 4 story climb up stairs but well well worth it. There is a loft for luggage though which is great. Amazing hosts who were extremely helpful.

Тиждень тому ми з дітьми мали можливість відпочити у помешканні Даніеля. Дуже зручна квартира з гарним видом на море. Тут є все необхідне для проживання. Велика тераса, на якій ми проводили весь час після моря, стала улюбленим місцем для відпочинку дітей. Господар Даніель - дуже добра і приємна людина, завжди швидко відповідав на повідомлення. Велике дякую йому за гостинність і гарно проведений час.

La signora Marcella è stata molto gentile, disponibile e ospitale. Accoglienza impeccabile, ci siamo sentiti come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa era pulita, ordinata e arredata in modo squisito. I servizi e i comfort ottimi. Inoltre ci ha consigliato anche attrazioni e luoghi da visitare. La nostra permanenza è stata breve ma lo consiglio vivamente. Se possibile ci torneremo molto volentieri.

This is a great apartment. Spacious, comfortable, and one of the bigger showers we experienced in our time in Italy (still small by typical American standards, but there are shelves in the shower and you don’t have to lean down to the shower floor for your toiletries - such a seemingly small thing, but so nice.) The balcony was a highlight. We sat outside each evening with a glass of wine or limoncello. We did not run the air conditioning - just had the windows open - and it is a busy street in the morning. Trash pickup, especially glass, woke us up each morning. So, if that’s an issue for you, talk to Mario about mitigating it. He is a lovely host and super helpful. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and places for a cocktail in walking distance. The plaza and the beach are wonderful. We loved our stay in Anzio and we loved the apartment.

Adorei! Nós acabamos perdendo o trem, e chegamos muito tarde na estação de Anzio, e para a nossa surpresa, Sílvia estava nos aguardando do lado de fora, e nos deu uma carona, pois não tinha mais horário de ônibus. Nós chegamos na expectativa de ligar para algum táxi, e não precisamos. A casa é muito boa, bem arejada, bem grande, com todas as coisas básicas necessárias. Fica a poucos metros no mar, e a sacada tem vista para o pôr-do-sol. Recomendo e pretendo voltar!

Vi bodde en uke i Francescos komfortable leilighet. Gangavstand til alt! Du går til/fra togstasjonen, to bystrender, finner dusinvis av restauranter og barer, matbutikker og andre små, artige butikker. Leiligheten var svært velholdt og har alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold i Anzio. Anbefales! Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert! Anzio er også en sjarmerende og avslappende by å være i, bare en times togtur unna Roma.

Esperienza super positiva! Appartamento spazioso e pulizia impeccabile, per non parlare della gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host Matteo che mi ha consigliato anche dei posti per mangiare. La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda ed è facile da raggiungere con i mezzi. Tornerò sicuramente

Mapy is a very friendly host and made us very welcome from start to finish. Always available when we asked her a question. Her flat has everything you need for two people (except maybe a soap holder inside the shower;) , the bed is very comfortable , there was water in the fridge , the area is quiet and the outside space and terrace upstairs are a real bonus with lots of plants and decorations and deckchairs to relax+ table and chairs under shade to have breakfast or aperitivo:) The area is not very pretty but there are lovely private beaches , the flat is close to Cristoforo Colombo station (40 min into Rome) and Mapy’s place is a small piece of heaven!

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. und dem Dachschoss, im Haus gibt es noch 3 weitere Wohnungen. Im November war aber kein anderer da, auch in der Nachbarschaft nicht, alles sehr ruhig. Der Weg zum Meer ist kurz, zu dieser Jahreszeit ist der Strand aber sehr ungepflegt. Man kann da endlos laufen... Der Supermarkt mit allen notwendigen Dingen ist fußläufig erreichbar, Bars und Restaurants gibt es reichlich. Der Weg nach Rom ist mit der Bahn sehr einfach und schnell, die Bahn auch immer pünktlich. Erst mit dem Auto bis Campo di Carne, dort Umstieg in die Bahn nach Rom. Die Mischung zwischen ruhigem Urlaub am Meer und Städtetour nach Rom klappt hier richtig gut. Empfehlen wir so gerne weiter.

Io e i miei due figli siamo stati in vacanza nel villino di Antonio e Rosita per 18 giorni. Il villino e' dotato di ogni comfort le camere grandi e spaziose con ventilatori, pulito e davvero ben arredato. La cucina super attrezzata per cucinare e c'e' tutto quello che serve. Lavatrice nuovissima e ben funzionante e soggiorno spazioso con una bella televisione. Esternamente patio con tavolo per fare colazione o pranzo e anche un bel giardino dietro con un grande tavolo e luci esterne che ci siamo goduti grazie anche ad un bel barbecue in mattoni fisso. Il giardino ha anche una bellissima doccia solare esterna che e' tornata estremamente utile. Ogni anno io e i miei figli veniamo ad Anzio e affittiamo ma devo dire che questa casa e' stata tra le piu' belle e comode che abbiamo mai avuto qui. Grazie Antonio e Rosita per la vostra gentilezza come host e grazie per averci ospitati. Spero di poter tornare molto presto con i miei figli nel vostro delizioso villino.

This beachfront apartment is perfectly positioned for a restful break on a sandy 22 mile beach. The accommodation has everything you could need and having a washing machine was really helpful. Monica was extremely helpful as was a neighbour checking we were OK and if we needed anything. We went at the end of September when the town was quieter and didn't see anyone there who wasn't Italian The local restaurants start from about 500m away with most about a 20 minute walk We had really lovely food and prices were very reasonable both in restaurants and the local supermarket. We ate twice at the fish restaurant Fedele and would highly recommend it. All in all this accommodation is a real gem and we had a wonderful time.

I travelled with my family by car and it was important to get a private parking space which was provided by Pepe. In the apartment we felt like home, we found everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast on a balcony with stunning sea view was worthless. Special thanks to Francesca for her responsiveness!

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

L’appartamento di Roberto si trova a davvero due passi dal mare, con a disposizione sia una spiaggia libera che un Lido storico con bar e ristorante. Dentro la casa è arredata con gusto, molto pulita e in una zona silenziosa, a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale - una piacevole passeggiata in piano.
