Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Hochbett (160x200cm Liegefläche), einem Schlafsofa (120x200cm) und Mini-Küche (zwei Herdflächen, kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Töpfe usw.) einem Tisch mit drei Stühlen und einer Sitzecke.
