Short drive to Nevada City and Yuba River; 45 minutes to ski slopes in the Sierras. The custom 600 sq. ft. private studio with a gas fireplace is fully equipped for up to 4 guests.

Trendy restoration in this lovely, clean farm style Victorian. Contemporary luxury at its best. Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is no Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

The Dogwood House

Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Beautiful native landscaping surrounds a basketball court and covered dining area. Indoors, natural light and a playful spark runs throughout with a second story hammock to enjoy it all!

Sugarloaf Madrone Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 Hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.
