The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

This is a charming 1 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage located in the heart of Carmi. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 4, high speed Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, 1 queen bed upstairs with a half bath, with a full Bath on the main floor, and a private parking spot. We also have a 25amp Level 2 charger available upon request for anyone needing to charge their EV while they stay!

Historic and interesting with 10ft ceilings and original hardwood floors, this 700 sq foot uptown 1 bedroom bungalow is directly across from the Museum and the River trail. We are walking distance to all things Downtown. If you are working in town, are up for an active visit or the night life this space is the best spot in the City.
