Just minutes from town yet in a quaint residential neighborhood, the apartment attached to our 1820 historic home is a warm and inviting place to stay while visiting lovely New London, New Hampshire. The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

Welcome skiers! Our guesthouse is 7 miles from Mt Sunapee and sits across the road from Perkins Pond with water views. The area has much to offer: restaurants, dining & family-friendly activities! You’ll love my house because of the coziness, wood stove, the high ceilings, beams, the views, the location and its brand new!! It's perfect for couples and families (with kids), skiers, snowmobilers, anyone who enjoys the many outside activities of New England, or just a relaxing retreat wknd inside!

Hill Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

Just a quick walk to the private community beach, or a 6 mile drive to the amenities at Mount Sunapee and Lake Sunapee. Short drive to New London provides grocery and restaurants.

New London is the quintessential NH town with beautiful views of mountains and lakes and an adorable downtown. There's great local eats, an incredible little theater for off Broadway shows, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, etc! In the winter there's a naturally occurring ice rink in the front yard and we have a bucket of skates for you to use if you wish. Feel free to bring your own skates or hockey sticks! Hit the slopes of Sunapee, Ragged, Pat's Peak and Whaleback all within 30min.

The King Hill House

Come for the mountains, come for the lakes, or just come to enjoy the views. As soon as you pull into the driveway you will be blown away by the beauty and natural surroundings! This is a tastefully renovated, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath farm house right off interstate 89. Inside you will find a giant mudroom with laundry, a large kitchen that is open to the dining room and living space. It is 10 minutes to downtown New London, 15 minutes to Mount Sunapee and 25 minutes to Ragged Mountain.

Mount Sunapee is great for skiing or snowboarding in the winter with 66 trails and snowmaking. In the summer there is hiking, swimming, boating, biking and relaxing. The adventure park at the mountain has aerial sky rides, zip lines and other activities. The fall foliage is gorgeous too!
