This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Upstairs two bedroom apartment located in College View area just a short walk across the street to Presbyterian College. Perfect for campus visits, tours, and sporting events. Short driving distance to local restaurants (less than one mile). Unit has two bedrooms (3 twin mattresses available upon request), one full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen with full fridge, stove, and microwave. Coffee maker provided with coffee, creamer, and sugar during your stay. Plenty of room to relax!

Ryan and I are certain you will love Newberry's friendly "small town" atmosphere. Our home was built in the late 1800's. It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features over 3,600 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths..and a wonderful front porch.

Comfortable furniture and beds. Good sheets and towels. Not fancy. Plenty of nice pots and pans , fully furnished kitchen. We are on a quiet dead end road. Extremely safe. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundles.
