We have been coming to Ogunquit/Wells in the summer for about 10 years, and this was our first time trying Summer Village, and it was a truly fantastic stay! The cottage location is situated between Ogunquit and Wells and is easily accessible to both of those beaches and destinations nearby. ‘A’ could not have been a nicer, more responsive host and it made the logistics of planning very easy. Know going into it that you are bringing your own linens and towels, and there are some standard rules about the larger property, but the cottage has everything you could need and it was very welcoming. In A’s cottage, you have easy ability to sleep a family of 5. There is a fully stocked kitchen and gas grill. But the biggest unexpected perk was all the amenities of the Summer Village property. 3 pools, bocce, tennis, a rec room with games, and a free on-site trolley to get you around every 20 minutes. The stay was incredibly relaxing and I would highly recommend this for young families!

A nice private cottage in a quiet community that was super handy for us to stay until we secured our house in New England. Everything is in place for comfortable living. We lived there for a month long and the hosts were always responsible.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay in Wells, ME, this past weekend. Stephanie and Melinda went above and beyond as hosts. We were there to run the half and full marathons. The cottage was amazing - comfortable, charming, clean, with coastal vacation vibes. The hosts were the most responsive I have come across in my years staying at Airbnbs and vacations rentals. You won’t be sorry if you book!

Nice and cozy cabin! Super responsive host with great touches to the cabin. Didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because it took too much time to get it fully heated and unfortunately weren't at the cabin for several hours leading up to when we wanted to use it but if you have the time to tend to it, I'm sure it's lovely. Fully stocked kitchen which was great for cooking a group meal.

Every detail was thought of in this home! It is beautiful and clean and the host is responsive and friendly.

We had a wonderful week in Wells. Pierre’s place was perfect for our little family getaway. Clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. I don’t have one negative thing to say. We love the location because it’s right in between everything. Would stay again!!

We felt right at home and Rick allowed us to bring our dog and two cats, a bonus not easily found. The rental was cozy but big enough for the two of us and 3 fur babies. The shower was nice and hot, the Wi-Fi was excellent and we had a great Roku TV that we easily streamed our services without issue. The furniture was very big and comfortable with throws available for added warmth. The bedroom was perfect with plenty of space for our clothes, a nice bed and new fresh bedding. The absolutely only challenge was the narrow, curvy driveway! Luckily, we had a good back up camera and the street wasn’t very busy. This minor issue is not enough to deter us from returning for another stay!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.

Ponder Point is a beautiful, relaxing cottage. The water looks like diamonds with sunlight sparkling on it and the occasional duck swimming by. The extra touches that Ana provides including cozy blanket throws and hot chocolate add to the relaxing ambiance. It was exactly what I was looking for and I will be back! If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing space within driving distance of multiple amenities, I highly recommend Ponder Point.

Our stay with our two dogs was amazing. We appreciated how well thought out the yard and the dog gates were in order to keep our dogs safe. Thank you very much!!!

We greatly enjoyed this relaxing retreat on scenic Silver Lake while visiting our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and Eric was an excellent host with great communication and recommendations for local music. He did a super job with keeping the walkways and driveway free of winter snow and ice with challenging weather conditions. We loved the location that was 20 minutes from the Westwood YMCA and close to Hollis markets and restaurants. We especially appreciated the old fashioned Country Store Ace Hardware and Toy Store in nearby Milford.

The cottage was the perfect Air B&B for our stay. Immaculately clean and warmly decorated. It felt like home, warm and welcoming. Everything and more was provided and well labeled for easy access. A variety of coffees and teas, brewers and kettle were on display in the fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and dish towels were available, too. A binder with instructions for the guests was available for review on how to handle trash, recycling, and other matters of the property. It was a great stay, and we will certainly plan a stay there again

Outstanding Airbnb rental. Our sguests find stay here. Dog friendly, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Well appointed. Very Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Responsive host! Highly recommended.

Andrew’s place was such an adorable cottage! It felt like home! Very clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to, egg and I (breakfast restaurant…very good). It was a bit further of a walk to the main town so you may want to utilize the public parking lot if you aren’t up for walking but it is doable. Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend his place!

Colby’s place was exactly like the photos! The cottage was very well kept, and clean! Colby was also very proactive with letting me know when I could check in and out & quickly responsive to the questions that I had. It is definitely a small cozy cottage and I would most certainly stay here again.

The location was amazing. Just a few steps to Crescent Beach. I actually took my coffee down there and watched the sunrise in the morning. So beautiful. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Kristin was very responsive and helpful. Don't miss out on the clam chowder at the Lobster Pound less than 100 meters away. We'd definitely come again.

I loved my 3-night stay while in Concord for work and visiting family. Rick & Sarah's cottage is hands down the nicest Airbnb of its kind I've stayed in. From the quietness to the comfortable furnishings and lighting, a simply lovely home away from home... Six stars!

We enjoyed our week at the cottage. It was clean and easy to feel at home in. It was perfect for our budget and only a few extra minutes to the beaches. April was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. She was so helpful! We will be staying again in the future.
