The Annexe

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.

Dove Cottage is ideal for Durham City. It is a detached cottage, for two and a dog if you have one. It’s in a quiet location in Sherburn Village, behind Weardale House, with access to a large garden with a summerhouse and garden furniture.
