We are minutes away from the Kittery Outlets, Seapoint Beach, Fort Foster, Fort McClary, Pepperell Cove, Portsmouth, York beaches and Ogunquit Beach. When you arrive, you will feel at peace in our truly tranquil oasis, surrounded by nature. We abutt 87 acres of conservation land. Turkeys, deer and birds visit us daily! We are secluded, yet close to everything. Welcome to our little slice of paradise!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

We disinfect spaces with UVC lamp & hospital-grade cleaning products as part of our deep cleaning & disinfection protocols, often closing between guests. Distance check-in. WALK to local fresh market, restaurants, cafes & bars for takeout or eat in.

Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

"Oyster River Flat" new construction, walk to town

Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to the historic Mill Pond Dam or to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.
