Close to town and I 93, a rural paradise. You have your own driveway and private deck with gorgeous views of hills and gardens. The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a loveseat, and a huge custom shower in a modern bathroom. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a kitchen counter and sink, a microwave, a blender and crock pot. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

Tucked in the woods you will enjoy nature surrounded by moose, bear, deer, ermine, and more, while being only 15 minutes away from Plymouth. Close to Rumney Rocks climbing and countless hiking trails. Direct access to the amazing Green Woodlands for mountain biking in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter.

The Back 80 Yurt

Is a spacious 24 foot Yurt next to Mt Cardigan state park. From the Yurt you can hike ,snow shoe or backcountry ski on miles of well marked AMC trails , as well as climb Firescrew and Mt Cardigan. This is the only off-grid Yurt acessable to the AMC state park. This is not a drive up, in the winter prepare to hike 1 mile, and in the summer 300 yards up a windy forest path. The Yurt has everything you will want from a wood stove , cook stoves. We have raised the price for plowing cost
