There is plenty to do for the children with peacocks, ducks and chickens plus the outside play area with 70 metre zip wire. The building itself is a beautiful Grade 2 listed Queen Anne farmhouse with courtyard, simply decorated, complete with exposed beams and unique features. Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

Vickie, Lee & our labrador welcome you to The Little Barn - a beautiful open plan barn conversion in the beautiful Wyre Forest area of Worcestershire. The interior exude light and space. Sleeps 2-4 guests in two double rooms (bedrooms are open plan). We can provide a cot. There are two sofas, sky TV, broadband and a dining area for 6. There is also a wet room. Kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave & air frier but no hob/oven . Off-road parking and separate access.

Haybridge Cottage annexe is set in the hamlet of Haybridge in the beautiful Shropshire countryside . Although our postal address is Kidderminster we are about 30 minutes drive from there. The small town of Cleobury Mortimer is just 5 minutes away whilst the lovely riverside town of Tenbury Wells is a 10 minute drive. Historic Ludlow lies 12 miles away, a glorious trip over Clee Hill with stunning views. The annexe has its own private garden and terrace with wonderful views in every direction.

A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.
