Location right in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. A minute to the boards and beach. Nice to have an off street parking spot.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

This was a perfect place for us - well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to every place and everything we needed. Alain was extremely responsive to questions and provided many helpful suggestions, which were also much appreciated. Alain made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near a beach, walk to get coffee and pastries, and have a quiet place to stay with friends or family.

The house was such an amazing location. Loved the direct beach access, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Emily was so clear with all instructions, including that the house does sit on a public walkway so we knew exactly what to expect. She even let us know that one of our main activities we were visiting for was really not close to her house, appreciate all the upfront information. Felt it was a great value for what we paid, already looking to book again.

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. Absolutely perfect location and great, super communicative hosts. The owner gave us lots of local tips too :) Accurate pictures, place has everything you need and the rooftop space is gorgeous! Think it might be a little warm in the summer months but perfect for when we there over Easter.

Donald's apartment was an excellent home-away-from-home for our six-week stay in LA (helping with new babies). The beds and other furniture were very comfortable and everything worked properly; my husband and I were really able to settle in to the space. Donald was promptly responsive to a couple of minor things that needed attention. The heat worked well (we were there in December/January) and the windows were tight (we evacuated for a few days during the fires, and there was no trace of invasive dust or ash when we returned). The dedicated garage parking space was a definite plus! We enjoyed walking on the Venice Boardwalk and exploring the Venice Canals area, and some local restaurants and shops in the neighborhood that Donald recommended. We would definitely go back to 28 S. Venice Blvd!

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful—super clean, stylish, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it truly felt like a home away from home. It was worth every penny. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs, and you can tell it’s a great team running things behind the scenes. Overall very happy. This Condo had all the comforts of home. Having The Golf Cart made all the difference. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Super close to LAX! Yese was kind enough to let us check in early. The place was super clean, well appointed, and the pull out bed was actually super comfy! I felt like I was on a friends apartment, it felt super homey and cute. The marina is near by- plenty of shopping, grocery stores, and some restaurants near by.

Recently celebrated my wedding anniversary at Tiffany’s place. What a slice of paradise this gem is! Tiffany was very accommodating and kind. Looking forward to visiting again with the family.

Wow! This place is absolutely incredible—nothing else in Catalina will ever compare! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning view and couldn’t believe we got to stay in such a beautiful space. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. But that view—we could have spent all day just sitting on the porch, soaking it in. The included golf cart was a game changer, making it easy to get anywhere in town within minutes. The host Trevor was fantastic, friendly, flexible, and truly went above and beyond. We’ll be talking about this trip for a long time and can’t wait to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Brent's place was great. The golf cart was a great bonus to our stay and Brent was very flexible and responsive. Would highly recommend his place and if we are back in Catalina would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying here! Gorgeous view of palm trees and the ocean plus an added bonus of some incredible people-watching. The unit balcony provides all sorts of entertainment with a beautiful ocean backdrop. It was easy to access everything nearby and we enjoyed spending time at the beach, dog beach, and watching all the activities. Super fun if you like a bustling spot with a great view.

This stay was exactly what I hoped for on my 60th birthday celebration! We walked into the condo and was hit with such an open air feel. It was so immaculate that we immediately took our shoes off before entering. We were so excited that it was where we were going to call home for our stay. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and caught a couple of sunrises! We had good night sleeps and even fell asleep on the couch since we were so comfortable. We had a lot of fun counting the octopus decor...you'll see what I mean if you stay here! There was easy access to town with the convenience of a golf cart at all times. So many fun places to eat! We had ice cream at 3 different dessert shops! We enjoyed a game of tennis and also made us of the 16 hole putting green made possible with the supplied equipment at the condo. Maybe it was the time of year, but we hardly saw or heard anyone at the complex. I will be back! Everything was seamless and enjoyable.

Ruby Street, and Balboa Island Neighbourhood excellent place to be. Balboa island home is Silent, Clean, a wonderful jewel to be in Orange County. The early and sunset walk in a selected marine environment unbelievable ! ...if you like sailing or fishing is all you can ask. For those who like an old style refine Newport Beach & Marine location is the place to be.

Can’t beat this amazing beach front location in Belmont Shore. The views from the living room, master bedroom and back patio will leave you mesmerized and make it hard to leave the home. Luckily the neighborhood is so quaint with walking paths on both sides of the peninsula that you will want to enjoy a morning stroll, if not a run on the beach. The house is so roomy that we could comfortably fit our extended family without anyone tripping over each other. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make sure we immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Shirley's Long Beach house was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! Location wise, you are only a few minutes from down town Long Beach and some great dining options, but you are also directly across the street from one of Long Beach's great public parks and you can get from the kitchen to the beach before your coffee even has time to cool off. There is a bit of traffic right outside the front door, but there was no honking and little revving when we were visiting. As for the amenities, they did a fantastic job of stocking the rooms with plenty of towels and any consumables you may need, including laundry detergent and coffee. They also provided some free waters and cookies which was very kind. The sheets and bed are the only areas that could use some improvement. The sheets were rather scratchy and the comforter was very warm for a room with limited air flow, but they were clean and pressed, so I can't complain too much. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

This beach house could not have been more perfect! The location is everything. I swear we found one of the most private beaches with staying at this property. The property had all the amenities and we really felt at home. Kathy was sooooo helpful. Her communication was great. We would absolutely come back and stay. We saw dolphins and sea lions from the back deck.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect with plenty to do. I would highly recommend this place.

Such a peaceful community in such a vibrant place. Close to Venice Beach and the Santa Monica pier. The home and linens were squeaky clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The people watching, plane watching, and boat watching provides non stop entertainment. We even saw a sea lion and dolphins. This place is magical and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. TV options were great for relaxing at night. Mark was very helpful and responded very rapidly to any questions we had. having a designated parking spot was amazing. would definitely stay again.

This was our first air bnb experience , and it was amazing ! So flexible, wonderful experience, great amenities. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, and everything was clean and exactly like the photos. Will be returning for sure! :) thank you!
