Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. A rural location but a place surrounded in stunning forestry walks, perfect for the doggy! Or just a short drive away from popular coastal locations and shops. Clovelly, Bucks Mills, Hartland and Instow to name a few. Nearby child friendly days out, please ask me for recommendations! Please note: Car charging is not available.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.
