Granite counters, new fridge, new washer and drier. 900 square feet of comfortable living space on two floors. The main floor has an open living/dining area with a kitchen, half bathroom & a balcony. Second floor has 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom & another balcony. Costa Rica ocean theme decor! Street parking available (not assigned). Ask questions!
