One-Bedroom with Attic Apartment Sea View

A special accommodation proposal for a family or a group of friends is the apartment with the attic! It is an apartment with all the amenities comforts! It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a nespresso coffee machine! In the bedroom there is a large, comfortable, double bed. In the attic there are two single beds. Its large veranda overlooks the pool and the magnificent blue of the Ionian Sea! Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

It's right on the beach! All apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They all have two rooms. The one room has a double bed with COCOMAT matress and the other room has two single beds. Every apartment has a furnished balcony/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, and a bathroom with shower. All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower.
