Rest and recreation facilities, including deckchairs, kayaks, a table tennis table and exercise equipment, are available free of charge. Additional two people can stay in the living room, though the sofas are not as comfy as those in the bedroom.

There is a supermarket, bakery and restaurant nearby. Guests can use the tennis court for free and the public indoor swimming pool nearby for an additional fee.
