Wir haben die alten Lehmfachwerke wieder aufgemauert, die uralten Dielen freigelegt und an die Wände kam nur feinste Lehmfarbe. Abgerundet wird das HideAway durch einen kleinen gußeisernen Kamin für die Abende und eine private Sauna am Feldrand ... Wir lieben Kinder 🧡🌟 4 Katzen und 1 Hund leben am Hof ;-)

Ruhe, Sauna, Waldspaziergänge, Seen und Entspannung! Wir vermieten unser Naturgrundstück nähe Rheinsberg - knapp 100 km von Berlin entfernt. Es gibt zwei gemütliche Häuser (6 und 4 Betten), die einzeln oder zusammen von Familien oder Freunden gemietet werden können. Das Grundstück liegt ruhig am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes. Umringt ist es von dichten Wäldern und mind. 7 Seen in der Nähe. Es gibt Hühner, frische Eier, Ruhe, eine Holzsauna mit Schwalleimer und herrlichem Blick über den Erlenwald.

Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.

Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!

Wohnen am See

Die Wohnung hat einen Schlafraum und einen großen Wohnraum mit Küche, natürlich ein Bad. Alles ist praktisch und gemütlich ausgestattet. Die kleine Küchenzeile verfügt über ein Kochfeld mit Backofen, einen Kühlschrank und alles Notwendige zur Selbstverpflegung. Ein gemütliches Sofa lädt zur Entspannung ein und auf der großen Außenterrasse könnt ihr frühstücken und grillen.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
