This is our upstairs apartment. The home was built in 1930 and has been converted to a top and bottom duplex. The unit has two bedrooms, two baths, ample living space, full kitchen and a pull out sofa. My wife, daughter, son and I live downstairs with one small dog and two cats. The yard is fenced in and we welcome pets. The home is close to the historic neighborhoods of Old North Knox and Fourth and Gill. We are available if needed and are happy to recommend local things to do. Check in is 5PM

This apartment overlooks Downtown Knoxville's Gay Street. It's really hard to pull me away from those large floor to ceiling windows! Market Square being your backyard is so convenient with multiple unique restaurants & shops. You can easily walk to Neyland Stadium (0.8 miles) from the apartment, (1.1 miles) to Thompson-Boling Arena, a brisk (0.1 mile) walk to Tennessee Theatre, (0.4 miles) to Knoxville's Convention Center, and so much more! Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).
