Arriving and departing CalTrain's Palo Alto University Avenue station is easily done with a 10 minute walk. You really don't need a car but the driveway easily handles 3 cars. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, comfortable workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. We live in the main house on the property.
