Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Located less than two miles from Camel’s Hump trail head and less than 30 miles from ski resorts, including Stowe, Sugarbush, Bolton, Cochran and Mad River. The area offers plenty of outdoor activities from hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, kayaking and only 15 min from local restaurants, breweries and shops.

Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.

Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington.
