This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating on the ground floor, a log burner, a sumptuous Wesley-Barrell sofa, comfy Hypnos mattress and bed, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company towels and toiletries.

Old Burford Cottage is the largest 2 bed on the High Street. The cottage was originally two cottages, but we have lovingly converted into one spacious cottage for upto 4 people. A beautiful cottage built in the region of 1840 to accompany The George Inn. Situated 10 yards off the famous Burford High Street, it is peacefully quiet and has been refurbished to an immaculate standard, whilst keeping tradition. The location is possibly the best in Burford, it’s genuinely amazing …location, location!

The Bothy, converted from a grain store on a working farm at Wilcote Manor, in a quiet, beautiful hamlet on the edge of the Cotswolds - fabulous walks from the door. The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. Tennis court-just ask, pool if open and free The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Private self-contained annexe renovated to a high standard in 2023 in an Oxfordshire village on the edge of the Cotswolds. An ideal base for exploring Oxford, Blenheim Palace, and the Cotswolds or for working in the Oxford area. Cherry Nook has its own entrance and private garden and is set back from neighbouring buildings giving a lovely, private feel, and plenty of space for a longer stay. The spacious back garden has a balconied patio area with steps leading down to the lawn, at the end of which is a stream. Views look out to fields beyond. The renowned Masons Arms pub in the village offers excellent food and drink. And we are 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Witney.
