Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

This property also has private parking and is a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from Cromer seafront and a 15 min walk from the nearest train station.

Moor View is nestled in a beautiful conservation area with views over a peaceful meadow - a spacious detached home that's been luxuriously refurbished with a large garden and a wood fired hot tub (wood provided). Though the setting is rural, it's only a short walk into Reepham where you will find independent cafes and shops, plus two pubs and a wine bar. With stunning walks on your doorstep & the beautiful Norfolk coast and Norwich 25 minutes by car, the location is perfect.

CLOSED FOR REFURBISHMENTS IN MARCH - BACK WITH A FRESH BATHROOM AND NEW WINDOW IN APRIL! Rinkydinks is a small but beautiful converted garden building where kookiness rules! It houses two people (in a double bed). There are tea/coffee facilities, fridge, hairdryer, Internet access. There is a private hot tub for your sole use. Free parking can usually be found on the street. Rinkydinks is just two streets from the sea. Come and stay, for summer bubbles or winter snuggles.

Delightful Luxury Shepherds Hut.

A unique and comfortable place to stay in a pleasant setting within its own private spot away from the owners house overlooking open fields. Ideal for a weekend break or longer stay should you wish to explore the Norfolk Broads and several beaches which are only a short distance away. During the winter months why not visit the seals at Horsey. Shepherds Delight looks out on to a westerly direction where you can experience the Norfolk big skies and most beautiful sunsets.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut.
