We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

Joe made us feel welcome right away and they responded to everyone of our needs in a timely manner. We’ve never been there before and they helped us navigate our way to the destinations. Great for a large family with a very well equipped kitchen. There were nice sized TVs for rainy daysand quick access to all the stores we need to get to. We loved every minute and appreciated our Host being so friendly. Great for a long stay!

Definitely felt like home, was comfortable community, friendly helpful neighbors, was the perfect beach feel away from the beach! Lovely sunny yard, great supplies too for flying travelers to take advantage of! Will return!

Amazing place. We had wonderful time here, felt like at home. House was very clean. My nephew loved Pokémon game in the living room. A lot of toys for kids. We spent most of the time playing games, fishing and kayaking. Cj is a wonderful host, very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope we will stay here again.

This home exceeded our expectations! From the Easter eggs hidden around the house upon check-in for the holiday to the basket of snacks to the beach chairs and umbrella- we had everything we could possibly want. The neighborhood was very quiet which made morning coffee on the canal so relaxing. The house is close to everything and we loved exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Convenient location , clean and well stocked , would stay again

If you're on the fence about this home, don't be! The photos don't do it justice. This home is perfect, peaceful, comfortable, relaxing, and more. We had a blast fishing off the dock at night, only 5min away from the beach. you can't ask for more.

My fiancé, our 1 year old and I stayed here for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back. There were kayaks and canoes to take into the river which was fun and free roaming farm animals. I was happy to see the Airbnb was spotless. We felt right at home immediately!

This was our 2 time staying here, we highly recommend staying here. Very clean, safe and close to everything. We also enjoyed having the bikes and all beach gear. We can’t wait to come back again.

We had an awesome stay!! They were so helpful with rearranging our plans to suit our needs…we will definitely be back as we are each year in that area. Absolutely fantastic stay! This Airbnb is a gem, located just 8 minutes away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable – it was super duper clean and well-maintained. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens and even beach gear, they've got it all covered. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Very nice place to stay. Perfect location to the beaches and nice restaurants/hang out spots that were very close. Very quiet and peaceful. September is a quiet month - not lots of tourists. Lovely place that was clean and nicely decorated. My only issue was that the shower water never got above luke warm. I like hot showers. Otherwise, very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

Great house a short walk from either the dock or the beach. Perfect for a small family or two adult couples. When we were at the house, we spent most the time on the screened in porch that has nice couch and dining table. We rented a golf cart from Paradise cart rentals for cruising the island and got pizza delivered from One Eyed Willy’s, both of which were awesome.

Great place in a great location would love to stay again!!!!
