We loved our weekend on long lake. We had a nice relaxing time hanging out, fishing, enjoying a fire in the evening, etc. Also very much appreciated how stocked the house was with small things we needed, but wouldnt think to bring, like ziplock bags or just common kitchen tools. Overall, a great spot to chill on the lake and Laura and Steve are great hosts who respond quickly if there are any issues.

Had a fantastic family vacation at Diamond Lake. The cottage was perfect - cozy, clean, and VERY well stocked. Check in before you go to the grocery store because you won’t need anything other than food and drinks - all other supplies are provided. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of board games for rainy days. And the front porch and yard allowed for some family fun in the evenings after being on the beach on sunny days. Thank you for hosting - - we will be back next summer!

It was a great little getaway place for my husband and I. It was smaller than expected, but still worked out perfectly for the 2 of us. The hot tub was great! Kitchen is well stocked, and the place was very clean!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Gary’s place. The lake, the pontoon, paddle boards and pedal boat were used daily. It is private and quiet. There are plenty of life vests and even some large inner tubes you can take out on the water. The floating dock and lily pad were covered in goose poop while we were there so we didn’t use them. The house was comfortable and had more amenities than most air BNBs we’ve stayed at. Our favorite spot (besides being on the water) was drinking coffee and reading on the covered porch! Would recommend to families!!

Our time with friends at Sam and Christine’s was perfect! Peaceful and quiet which made for the perfect place to unplug and unwind. Spent hours floating on the very clear lake in the sunshine, visiting on the deck, kayaking, fishing and sitting around the fire pit while watching some of the most amazing sunsets. The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Sam and Christine’s will defiantly be our choice next year for our annual getaway with friends!

Great little place near the lake! Very clean and I loved the modern decor; there is a lot of attention to detail. Great kitchen and we appreciated the Keurig coffee and complimentary bottle of wine. Beds were comfortable, linens were fresh!

I enjoyed my stay at the lakefront cottage and the beautiful view of the lake. The home was very clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. My small dog enjoyed fenced backyard and always wanted to go back outside.

This place is the ultimate get away from everything location! It is remote and quiet. The perfect place to go and just read a book or even take some of your crafts to work on. It is beautiful and quiet. I also love that we were able to bring our dog. My husband and I just went through a catastrophic event and we needed to get away for a few days. This is exactly what we needed. This place felt familiar and like home from the moment we arrived. We will be staying again in the future.

This was such a nice weekend with our family. The cottage was stocked with everything you need! The lake is super quiet and pretty private! The place was clean and remodeled in the inside. Our first time booking an AIRBNB so we were nervous but we are so glad we did!

Overall great experience. Right on the lake with nature/animals everywhere you look. We brought kayaks and easily launched them from the property. Terri was super responsive to all our questions and was a great host. Highly recommend this airbnb

We had such a phenomenal time at the cottage. The family that owns the place is incredibly kind and welcoming. Truly made us feel at home and it’s an incredible location for a small get away. We’re very appreciative of the hospitality and opening their home

This place was just perfect for our family and dog. There was a nice dock for our boat and the view of the lake was beautiful from inside and out on the deck. The host had everything we needed and we couldn’t be any more pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend this lake house. We had no issues at all. Lots of quaint places to eat and we spent most of our time fishing and relaxing on the lake.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Seven of us (3 adults and 4 teens- ages 12-18) enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend! Melissa stocked the house with games (indoor and outdoor!), linens, everything you’d need in a kitchen, and even firewood for the fire pit! We were delighted to find 4 kayaks with every size life vest we could possibly need in the garage. And the kids LOVED having a bunkhouse to themselves. We spent the weekend fishing, playing games, cooking, and enjoying a private channel off the lake. It was ideal! Melissa responded incredibly quickly and was kind and thoughtful from start to finish.

We had a great stay for the couple of days we were there. It met all of our needs and was comfortable for our entire family to be together before our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding.

Beautiful sunsets in the evenings! The house was perfect! No issues at all! Phillip was great at communicating! The neighbors were so friendly!!

We had a great trip!! The dogs and kids loved the backyard, the kitchen was bright and well supplied. The family room and eating areas were nice and roomy. It was a very welcoming house and we enjoyed it very much!! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was spotless. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful lake. We felt like family friends staying over with all the little touches that made our stay easy and so nice. We really only had to buy groceries that we needed. Nothing else. The place is so welcoming. We enjoyed working from the cabin while overlooking the lake. Great WiFi. We spent evenings sitting by the water, exploring various lake communities with shopping and food, walking around the neighborhoods and watching movies with the “fire” going. Thank you for a great stay!

Not only was the place adorable, it was a mini spa. Face mask, shower bombs, snacks,etc. The kitchen was the nost well stocked of any place we have stayed.Very well decorated and good use of space. The bed was so comfortable too. So many places skimp on the bed. All the thoughtful touches made us want to leave the wedding we attended, just to get back and relax on the deck!

this place was very quaint. very clean. Lake was snowy and frozen but beautiful! the indoor porch my favorite! easy check in and easy check out instructions, owner extremely nice. couldn't ask for a better stay! shipshewana only 15 mins away, a MUST SEE. Will be back when weather is better! Thank you for a great stay!
