The Pigsty

Luxury hut on the River Arle

The Arle Hut is a new interior designed spacious Shepherds Hut located in a quiet and private location on a farm, a 10 minute walk into Alresford, along the chalk steam river. There is a 2 person outdoor bath with hot water. The Arle hut is positioned on a tributary of the river Arle. Trout fishing can be arranged separately. It is the most peaceful of locations on the waters edge. All the home comforts one could ask for included. Home to Louis Pommery, English sparkling wine can be arranged

Oak Framed Barn with Tennis Court

A stylish secluded, two storey, oak framed barn with tennis court, 4 miles from Winchester. Homely space with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed (upon request) and ground floor open plan living area. Super fast WiFi. The Barn adjoins the Watercress Way and stands separately in the grounds with views over open Hampshire fields. Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

Wagon & The Wigwam Hot Tub

Cosy countryside wagon and a hot tub in a wigwam! Wagon & The Wigwam is a magical, hidden retreat in nature. Set in a private, rustic courtyard in the Hampshire countryside, step into a small world of creative comforts, featuring a sunken hot tub under a teepee! Rustic relaxation at its very best. Lovingly crafted to create a truly unique and relaxing space. Gaze up to the heavens from the Wagon's star lounge or look out across the fields from the Wigwam hot tub while the fire blazes.

Little Box

Cosy little Annex with one bedroom and one bathroom. Perfect size for two (or 2+baby). Double bed with luxury bed linen, comfy sofa, TV and tea & coffee making facilities in the main room. We have a very small fridge for milk or a baby bottle. Black out blind available. En suite with shower, sink and toilet. The terrace is a little sun trap during the summer with seating. Little Box is separate to our home, so you can come and go as you please. Free parking available.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

A light filled contemporary studio built in the gardens of our architect designed eco home. The perfect all season getaway! Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, take a walk through the woods at Micheldever, read a book on your sunbed, roast marshmallows on the fire pit, enjoy a meal at the Woolpack Inn. The studio is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Luxury annexe near the River Itchen & Alresford

Beautifully decorated studio annex in the village of Ovington - a lovely rural spot yet a short drive from Winchester and walkable to Alresford. Light and airy space - king size bed, sofa, TV, chest drawers and table & chairs. There is a small kitchenette (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, crockery, glassware and cutlery). Fresh towels, tea and coffee are ready for you on your arrival. An iron, cot and high chair can be arranged on request.

The Glade at Ladyhill Vineyard near Winchester

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.

The Cottage in Compton

Come and enjoy a stay in The Cottage, located in the grounds of our 17th Century converted Barn. Enjoy a unique location on the edge of Winchester with direct access to the countryside. The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect place for a break to explore all the wonderful things that Winchester has to offer!

Stunning oak-framed "Loft House"

The "Loft House" was built in 2017 and has been freshly decorated to create a calm and stylish space. It is situated in a truly beautiful and tranquil rural location, and is a fantastic base to explore this lovely part of Hampshire. It is a cosy compact space so ideal for a couple or two adults, and could also accommodate up to two children. It is not suitable for more than two adults.
