Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

The Annexe offers a king-size bed (or 2 singles), open plan kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Air Fryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven & hob, high speed WiFi, toiletries, hair dryer, soft towels, Smart TV , DVD, DAB radio and off street parking.

If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

The Old Barn, historic Fyfield, Oxfordshire

Lovely, cosy independent apartment on two floors in 15th century thatched farmhouse, set in the heart of the historic village of Fyfield. Play area for toddlers in beautiful garden. The Thames riverside walk is a short walk away through the village. Oxford city centre is less than 20 minutes by car or bus (from every 20 minutes). Multi-award winning 16th century White Hart Public House and restaurant is just a couple of minutes walk away.
