Don't pass up this secret gem of a cabin! The property is peaceful and the cabin is much larger than it seems. I felt right at home after brining in my suitcase, and was able to relax and enjoy nature, not feeling rushed. If you want to get away to relax, this is the place to be. Although it is a little cabin in the woods, it does not feel unsafe (speaking from someone who reads way too many thriller books). My friends and I will be making this our annual "tired mom's club" getaway location for years to come!

We were so impressed with Jodi’s Cozy Cabin. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in yet. Not only was it cozy with the most beautiful view of Croton Pond, it had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Jodi is a fabulous host and we can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Amazing place to stay for whatever trip you have planned. The location was perfect for getting to the beach for sunset or heading to any of the cute towns surrounding the home. The house felt very comfortable and had an easy chill vibe that made you feel like you were in your own space. Erick was a great host and I look forward to staying at this home again.

"It was WONDERFUL Place." I stayed here for a month on a business trip and it was a perfect accommodation without any faults. Even when the temperature outside was below zero and there was heavy snow, the house was peaceful and warm. The kitchen was fully equipped with kitchenware so I could cook while I was there, making it a perfect place. Bath and Tom always responded quickly to my questions and resolved my inconveniences. I would like to highly recommend this place to anyone reading this review. Even if you have a large family, this place is capable of accommodating them. I hope the next person who stays here will have good memories like me.

Wonderful location, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. Easy in and out. Well appointed and comfortable. We acknowledge that the location is an older structure and sometimnes with older structures, they have a distinctive aroma. Some airwicks may do the trick... We would stay there again...thats the real litmus test.

The Pear Tree Cottage was a great place for my daughter and I to stay for a few days, and it'd be an ideal cozy getaway for my wife and I when we return. Loved everything about the place, from the furnishings to the amenities to the location. I've booked several of Frederick's places over the last few years, and they've all been great.

We love staying here! It is so private, peaceful, cozy, and perfect for what we look for in a little vacation. Joannah is a great, responsive host. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. She leaves tons of local recommendations for you to discover. The hot tub on the river is exactly what we needed and look forward to! We’ve been back a few times and will hopefully return.

Our family had a fabulous time! The place was spacious and very well maintained. The outdoor amenities and lake access were a favorite! Kathy was a great host and very responsive to anything we needed.

We booked last minute to be close to my daughter’s graduation ceremony. Everything was as expected and had great communication from Joshua that left no questions. The setting was perfect and the kids loved the place. We want to come back and stay longer next time.
