Frode’s place had so much charm. We loved all the outdoor spaces, and the kitchen was a great place to cook. The whole family enjoyed the sauna because we had a lot of rain. Thanks Frode:-)

The villa is amazing with beautiful views all around, such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Got to meet Lars, he was very friendly and we had few laughs. 7-11 and bus stop are very near to the place.

A lovely home in a fantastic location, easy access into the city and some great places within walking distance. The host is great and responsive even though they were trying to enjoy their holiday as well.

Ole's home is beautiful, and well equipped, including loads of toys for our kids. The gardens have great spaces for all times of day and, along with the local area, are peaceful and made for an amazing but short stay for our family. Ole was a great host, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to make us feel at home on arrival. We'll be back in the winter, when the Viking museum has reopened.

Ev sahibi çok yardımseverdi. Özellikle verdiği ipuçları sayesinde tatilin keyfini daha iyi yaşadık. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Adanın sessiz ve sakin oluşu bizi çok etkiledi. Ev çok iyi donatılmıştı. Manzarası ve atmosferi etkileyiciydi. Adada yürüyüş yapma ve kuzey ışığını seyrederken şarabımı yudumlama deneyimini yaşadık.

This is a special place! Best of everything Norway has to offer. Quaint island community, a perfect peaceful getaway with easy and scenic drives to Alesund (15mins) or day trips to Loen, Stryn, and Geiranger. Traveled with another family and all had our own spaces, with beautiful accommodations, well appointed & extremely clean. The neighbor kids immediately greeted our two children and fast friends were made. We would sit outside on the deck or pier and listen to sounds of kids laughing and having fun everywhere, pulling fish, snails or crabs out of the water over & over again or playing at the local playground. Not to mention the hospitality of the neighbors (homemade strawberry jam, an evening fishing trip, and some local crab claw snacks). And hiking….. the most spectacular views hiking to Storhornet and back down the ridge to the island school. Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed the endless views from nearly every spot outside or inside the house. Core memories made!

we had a lovely stay at nellys beautiful house. frequent and reliable buses made to and from airport easy and accessing the local towns simple. Beautiful views all round, open airy rooms which were clean and welcoming. nelly was flexible with check in and out. we saw the northern lights and had a decent snowfall which made my grand daughters holiday. the norweigen people were friendly and all spoke some English which was helpful. we had some great hospitality in some of the varied bars and cafes in tananger and stavanger. would highly reccomend.

Great house with beautiful views of the Oslo fjord, just like the photos. Beds were comfortable. Close to the city center, 15 mins by bus. Short but steep hill from the bus station to the house, might be difficult for seniors or with a stroller. We had a great time!

Line is super helpful. She even bought us wine when we couldn't get any. She is very responsive throughout the stay. The house is very clean and functional. Very beautiful. The kitchen is fully equiped. Fully recommended. One of my best airbnb bookings

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Julie and Christian’s home for 2 weeks. The hosts were very gracious and responsive, providing us with recommendations and always available when we had questions. The house has ample windows with gorgeous natural light. My two kids, 2 and 5 years old, loved the playroom and trampoline, as well as their lush garden. The location on Bygdøy can’t be beat; a stones throw away from trails to take you to the different beaches, the grocery store is very close, as well as the bus stop to take you to the city. And, if you decide to go for a walk at dusk, you might be fortunate enough to cross paths with baby deer or a fox. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. It felt like a home away from home in the best way.

Nydelige omgivelser, god kommunikasjon og fleksibilitet. Fikk muligheten til å sjekke inn tidligere uten problemer. Dette er det perfekte stedet for avslapping og en helt nydelig utsikt!

An amazing piece of architecture with a beautiful view, and in a perfectly located spot. This was one of our favorite stays on any of our travels so far. Right off the main road for easy access to come and go, and a grocery right down the road. We also saw the northern lights almost every single night we stayed, and never left the house to find them because the views are just that good from this home. You can even view them over the ocean while lying in bed which is very magical and *warm*. The kitchen had everything we needed for a week long stay as well. Can’t wait to come back and bring our friends and family to stay at this house! Book this, you definitely won’t regret it.

We had a fantastic stay in Ivar’s home! A lovely home with spectacular views across the lake. There is a regular bus into Bergen and lots to do in this beautiful city.

Beautiful home! If you are traveling with kids this is the place to stay. The pool was a definite plus and the home was comfortable and relaxing. The house is in a quiet area and is very peaceful.

Flott hus med gode fasiliteter. Enda bedre enn på bildene. Ligger skjermet og rolig til. Masse fine uteområder, og fine sittegrupper både inne og ute.

Beautiful location. Is a true farm house setup separate from, but right next to the main house (which is host occupied, I believe). Is rustic with some nice updates (eg. bathroom). Lots of space - very comfortable for 4 of us and with room outside to exercise 2 big dogs. close to ski trails, very convenient to the airport, and less than an hour to the heart of Oslo.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (10 und 15) für eine Woche bei Stefan. Für uns das erste Mal in Norwegen. Stefan hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns einmal durch das Haus geführt. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist ja schon sehr aussagekräftig, gibt aber nicht im geringsten wieder, wie sich der Blick in die Weite auf den Fjörd aus dem Wohn- und Essbereich anfühlt: atemberaubend! In dem riesigen Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Kinder haben die Terrasse und vor allem den Pool geliebt. Auch die Abende an der Feuerschale waren wirklich sehr schön. Im Wohnzimmer steht auch eine Gitarre, was unseren Sohn sehr gefallen hat. Auch die Region Telemark bietet für jeden etwas, von Wassersport über Wanderungen bishin zu sagenhaften Orten. Wir empfehlen dabei eine Wanderung auf den Gygrestolen ⛰️, ein Besuch des Trollfoss 💦-Wasserfalls aber auch der Küstenstädte Langesund, Kragerø, Arendal und Kristiansand. Wir werden Norwegen 🇳🇴 vermissen. Danke Stefan, das wir deine Gäste sein durften ❤️

Peaceful house and neighbours!

Vi hadde en super uke i huset til Trond Remi og familien. Vi var 6 voksne og 4 barn som reiste sammen og huset var ideelt for oss. Veldig god planløsning med god størrelse soverom til alle sammen og to flotte bad. Uteområdet var utrolig fint med stort basseng, utekjøkken og flere ulike soner med sitteplasser. Stort spisebord både inne og ute. Det var en liten lekeplass rett utenfor huset og trampoline i oppkjørselen. Ungene storkoste seg under hele oppholdet. Huset ligger i grei avstand til både Dyreparken og Kristiansand. Vi gikk også tømmerrenna turen som var en fin og spennende tur. Huset var rent og ryddig og fremsto som på bildene. Trond Remi var hjelpsom og tilgjengelig for spørsmål under oppholdet. Vi er alle kjempe fornøyde og anbefaler på det varmeste å leie dette huset.

Vi hadde nydelige dager på Sørlandet hvor vi alle sov godt og trivdes veldig i huset. Deilig hage for barna og koselig nabolag.
