Wolf Cottage

Wolf cottage is nestled in the trees on a private gated homestead, with a feature double log bed, TV, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave, table and 2 stools, bathroom with hot water shower, towels provided, a great sized outside deck area with BBQ. There is a loft area that could sleep 1 small adult accessed by a ladder. Nice mountain views, lots of back country recreation on the doorstep including the river, waterfall and glaciers, Golden is a 20 minute drive away.

This schoolhouse is the smallest one of two on the property. Country living extends to the outdoors on the private patio. Wrap yourself up in one of our vintage handmade quilts, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy unobstructed views of neighbouring fields. Modernized in 2020 with full bathroom and kitchenette, it’s a vast change from when my Grandfather built it for shelter from the harsh prairie winters. The logs were harvested over 100 years ago in the Saddlehills and brought to this working family grain farm. Now it’s all play & relax!
