A roomy place in the first floor of our family house kept in the style of the Yugoslavian 80's in a very quiet neighborhood. 5km to Jeruzalem vineyards, 8km to Banovci Spa, 14km to Bioterme Spa. An old town center of Ljutomer is in 10min walking distance. A place for your car in a carport. There's a garden with shadow. A lot of cycling, hiking and running possibilities in the area. 5km away there's a beautiful lake (former gravel digging) with christal clear water, perfect for a swim in nature.

Kuća kapaciteta 4+1 osoba sastoji se od dvije odvojene spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, kuhinje sa blagovaonom i kupaonicom. U sklopu Kućice je velika terasa s pogledom na netaknutu prirodu. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
