Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

The End Barn is a stylish one-bedroom open-plan apartment, thoughtfully converted from a traditional barn into a modern, comfortable living space, ideal for a short stay in Wellington. Designed with our own family visitors in mind, it offers everything you need for a self-sufficient and relaxing self-catering experience, including dedicated parking. Popular with guests visiting family, wedding attendants, and professionals on short stays, The End Barn provides a welcoming and convenient base.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

The Architect’s Chambers is a refurbished Architect’s Studio set privately in the grounds of our home, in the town of Wellington. This unique space offers fully fitted kitchen, a cosy snug area, spacious bedroom with Kingsize bed. Along with a shower room with large rainfall shower. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.
