omg! such a beautiful place with beautiful hosts. communication was great. Troy had a lot of local recommendations. the property is nothing short of amazing. the studio I stayed in was darling and immaculate. you can open the windows and get a nice cross breeze. at least in the cooler months. there is adequate supplies for cooking a small meal. i needed a couple of things that I needed like foil and the hosts were super quick responding every time I reached out. it was perfect and serene with the wind chime and the sound of the breeze in the trees along with the sounds of the creek. it's perfect for the solo traveler or a couples romantic getaway. I look forward to returning. I feel so blessed.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, beautiful place with a balcony, I highly recommend this one! We love to hike and this was close to 90% of the trailheads that we enjoyed. There are also many good restaurants close by and away from the crowds. Viviane was very responsive and had clear instructions! You will not be disappointed!

The host was great! The house was beautiful and spacious! It has everything you could ever wish for! The area, views and night sky are out of this world. We actually bought a telescope because of the beautiful sky! There is a lovely closed in patio with a fire pit. It was so relaxing! Neighbors are quiet and incredibly friendly. Hiking trails literally right outside the front door. I would recommend this stay! Enjoy!

Beautiful location and home. Tia was very responsive. She has thought of everything, all the little touches that make you feel comfortable and at home. The house is located across the creek and up a hill from a very busy road so the only things we were disappointed about was the noise from all of the cars going by all the time and the steep path to get to and from the creek. Definitely not Tia's fault, just something to think about if you're wanting someplace that is 100% quiet and peaceful.

The most beautiful view and outdoor space! The restoration was amazing to see, and the historial features inside made it a truly unique experience. Plus, Glenn left easy to follow instructions that made everything very easy!

The house was spacious and the amenities were great. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The views in the neighborhood were spectacular. Close proximity to dining, shopping and hiking trails. Anthony was a very responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home.

Jill and Andrew’s place is great! It’s a very spacious and comfortable cabin, and they are wonderful hosts—quick to respond to my messages, usually within minutes! They truly seem like caring and thoughtful people. My only observation is that the cabin could benefit from a deep cleaning. A fresh coat of paint on the walls and a thorough carpet cleaning in the carpeted areas would really make a difference. Thankfully, most of the cabin has wood floors, which were in good condition. The rest of the house—including the common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms—was very clean. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I plan another big trip to Flagstaff!

This was honestly the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. The place was clean, organized, and exactly as advertised. The place was well stocked with necessities and even extra things like coffee pods. It is in a great location and there is a spacious garage as well. The host was very responsive and helpful.

What can I say about Brian’s place? It was absolutely pristine, delightfully comfortable, and the views—especially of Thunder Mountain—were simply breathtaking. I found myself perfectly content just sitting in the living room, soaking in the scenery and enjoying the peace. Brian was an exceptional host—thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. He even went out of his way to purchase a rice cooker so my kids could have home-cooked meals. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better host. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d expect in a well-equipped home, including a Vitamix and high-quality French cookware. Clear and helpful instructions for everything in the house were provided, and there was a generous supply of coffee and basic cooking essentials. This was more than just a place to stay—it was a serene retreat. Thank you, Brian, for creating such a special experience

This unit is in a great location near grocery stores and restaurants. Minutes from Bell Rock trailhead. Fully stocked and comfortable. Beds were amazing. They had spices and condiments in fridge which is very helpful. We went for a girls trip and it was just perfect.

Sorry, the cons first. This is a first floor apartment. We could hear everything above us! Foot steps to dripping faucets. Not the owners fault but KNOW this going in. The door to the laundry made walking thru to the bathroom a very tight squeeze. Pros- too many to count. The kitchen was well stocked, adorable furnishings and bed was comfy. we would come back if it was a second floor condo. The upstairs noise was too much for us. The complex was great, heated pool, pickleball. great location to all things Sedona.

The place was clean and as advertised. Robin was very responsive. There were very good restaurants within walking distance and a nice market across the street. The hot tub was nice to have.

Great location. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, wifi worked great, TV had streaming services. You could hear the upstairs tenants bouncing around the occasional car pass by but nothing that would stop us from going back. Kitchen had what we needed. Really all about location!

We had a great time visiting Sedona. Our host thought of everything. The condo was very spacious for just the two of us. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our host was responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this place when visiting Sedona.
