Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Chiemgau/ Chiemsee (35 Minuten mit Zug) oder Salzburg (1 Stunde mit Zug) liegt unsere geräumige Wohnung zentral gegenüber dem Ostbahnhof in einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof, nahe der Münchner Innenstadt, in angenehmer Nachbarschaft. In direkter Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und Biergärten.

Kleines, neu renoviertes Appartment in einfacher Umgebung in der Münchener City Ost, das ich in der Woche für Projektarbeit in München selbst nutze und ansonsten gern vermiete. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Helle Galeriewohnung mit Balkon zentrumsnah

Ich fahre in den Urlaub und vermiete meine vollständige Wohnung. Es ist eine gemütliche, sehr helle Galeriewohnung mit Südbalkon. Im Sommer wird sie recht warm, es gibt aber Rollos und einen Sonnenschirm zum Schutz und viele Fenster zum durchlüften nachts. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Geschäfte und Bars sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die ÖPNV an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Schön wäre, wenn du die Balkonpflanzen einmal am Tag gießen könntest, damit sie noch lange schön sind.

The bedroom has a double bed and there is a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed also available (a cot can also be provided on request). Private apartment near Giesinger Bahnhof, Munich

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

Los autobuses cercanos lo llevan rápidamente a Ostbahnhof (10 minutos) o Schwabing (35 minutos).
