Spacious, clean and well furnished beach condo, A312, at North Coast Village. Updated decor in May 2026. A/C in downstairs bedroom. Sand toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas provided. Ocean waves are heard and seen from upstairs deck and master suite. Short walk to the beach, pier, harbor, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Free wifi. Complex has pools, jacuzzi, gym, indoor garage. PLEASE NOTE: We have a sound sensitive neighbor, please no running/loud noises on first floor.

Bike/boat rentals. Spa m/oversized pool. Absolutely NO PETS, NON SMOKER. We look forward to hosting you. Please note: The primary bedroom is an open concept(there isn’t a bedroom door to lock it off). Laundry room is on the garage level. You will need a laundry prepaid card to utilize.
