Our accommodation is stylishly furnished and feels like a real holiday home. The beach-boho atmosphere immediately gives you a feeling of sun, sea and laid back living. It is accessible through the back area of ​​our house, which ensures a safe feeling. Close to beach (200m) with lounger rental and surf school, sea and dunes. The center is within walking distance (500m) and the supermarket is just around the corner. Centrally located near major cities and easy to reach by public transport.

Ons fijn en gezellig zomerhuisje ligt op slechts 400 m van de boulevard met restaurants en het strand, u loopt de straat uit en bent al bij de vuurtoren! De winkelstraat met winkels, bakker, supermarkt etc is op 500 m, en bos en duinen op 1 km. Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om (per fiets) van de natuur te genieten maar het bevindt zich ook zeer centraal voor een stadsbezoek aan Leiden, Den Haag, Amsterdam en Haarlem. Zowel in de zomer als in de winter is het hier heerlijk verblijven.

Wij bieden een knus en sfeervol vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien. Geheel gerenoveerd en mooi gestyled. U beschikt over een eigen ingang, een gezellige plaats/ tuin, en een schuur om evt. fietsen te plaatsen. Op 800 meter van het strand en dichtbij duin een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. Verder is ons vakantiehuis een goede plek om vandaar uit tripjes te ondernemen naar bijv. De Keukenhof. Ook Leiden, Delft, Den Haag en Amsterdam zijn met de auto binnen een half uur te bereiken.

Welkom in ons pas gerenoveerde witte zomerhuis met 2 slaapkamers in het gezellige Noordwijk-Binnen op slechts 1300 meter van het strand geschikt voor 2 volwassenen met of zonder kinderen. Alles is hier aanwezig voor een ontspannen en comfortabel verblijf zoals een luxe keuken, vloerverwarming, tuintje, 100% privacy, gratis parkeren op eigen terrein, Wifi, Smart-TV, was-droogcombinatie, trampolie, kinderspeelplaats en 2 oude fietsen. Het huisje is stijlvol en warm ingericht met open haard en heeft openslaande deuren naar verschillende terrassen die horen bij onze grote tuin, waar u gebruik van mag maken. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Downtown 256: The old shop: a completely renovated apartment in the centre of Leiden. A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, at the end of the shopping street. Shops, restaurants, museums and theaters are in walking distance.

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike
